This particularly safe version of our lid is used for forced ventilation of the pellet storage room, so that ventilation is ensured even better. To avoid odor formation and the deliberate extraction of unwanted gases, such as carbon monoxide from the storage room, we recommend this version.

The built-in fan has a power of 4.7 W with a service life of 180,000 h specified by the manufacturer. The operating noise is 47 dB(A). The actual achievable volume flow depends on the pressure within the system. At a pressure difference of 25 Pa, the fan we use has a volume flow of 60 m³/h. This drops to 5 m³/h at a pressure difference of 50 Pa, approximately here from the air resistance of the piping. Higher pressure differences should be avoided or specially considered in the design. The ventilator cover is connected to a standard 230 VAC socket with a Schuko plug via an approx. 3 m long cable using a power supply unit supplied.

The set includes two pieces of ventilator lids - one with a fan and one with an insect screen, which allows the supply of fresh air. Both lids have a safety sticker of HCP GmbH and can be ordered optionally with safety chain and cylinder lock.

An instruction manual with safety instructions for the installation and the standard-compliant use of the filling spout closure with ventilator suction is provided.
